I contacted RER because I had a billing issue and when I called, I was ready for an argument or to be blown off. I was so happy when my complaint was handled in a very courteous, friendly manner. Not going to lie, I was very upset and ready to have a fight with whoever I spoke with, but instead not only did I realize I had misread my bill, THEY actually apologized to me for their part in the confusion.
