Central Air Conditioning

With this contract you can maintain your systems efficiency while limiting your exposure to high repair costs. RER will perform an annual evaluation / tune up and then will keep an eye on the system and monitor the way it is functioning. If an upgrade, repair or replacement is warranted, we can advise you of your options and of any rebates currently available.

Central Air Service contract customers receive priority over non-contract customer. Heating customers with Gold and Silver-level service contracts can bundle their Central Air Service contact for an additional $100.00.

Gold Service Plan

Our Gold service option entitles you to front-of-the-line, top priority, 24/7/365 service. If you have a large heating system with many zones and circulators or a high-efficiency system with expensive controls, Gold is your best buy. This is the only service contract RER offers that covers water-related parts. The Gold plan also covers swimming pool #23 heat exchanger pool heater removal in the fall and the re install in the spring.

Silver Service Plan

Silver contracts are our most popular contracts and work well with both hot air furnaces and simple hot water boilers. With priority service,24 hrs a day in the event something goes wrong, this plan can limit repair costs. This service plan covers most controls and burner parts.

Bronze Service Plan

This plan provides an annual tune up and replacement oil burner parts. Bronze helps protect oil-fired hot water heaters oil burners, as well as for customers with hot air furnaces and simple hot water systems. The Bronze plan covers labor Monday –Friday during normal business hrs. Service provided after hrs and parts will be billed at RER’s standard rates

Can I change my contract to a better one?

RER Fuel wants to make you comfortable with your choice. If you would like to upgrade your current contract to Silver or Gold, we can work out a pro-rated amount to address your needs.

Can I transfer my contract to the new home buyer?

Yes, for no charge as long as the new buyer agrees to RER Fuels terms.

I have a heating system and a central air conditioner, do you offer discounts for more than one system?

Yes. If you have a Silver or Gold plan, you can add a Central Air Conditioning agreement for only $100.00 more

What if I have two heating systems or two or more central air systems? Is there a discount for more than one system?

Yes. All of our service plans—Central Air, Gold, Silver and Bronze—allow you to add additional units for just $50 per unit. In the same single family house

Do I Need to Have a Service Contract to Receive Service?

No we provide the same quality service to all of our customers, you will be billed for labor and parts at our standard rates- and we are available 24 hrs a day all year long
