Central Air Conditioning Plan

With this contract, you can maintain your system’s efficiency while limiting your exposure to high repair costs. RER Fuel will perform an annual evaluation/tune-up to monitor the system’s functionality. If an upgrade, repair, or replacement is warranted, we can advise you of your options and any rebates currently available.

Central Air Conditioning Plan customers receive priority over non-contract customers. Heating customers with Gold and Silver-level plans can bundle their Central Air contract for an additional $100.00.

Gold Service Plan

Our Gold Service Plan option entitles you to front-of-the-line, top priority, 24/7/365 service. If you have a large heating system with many zones and circulators or a high-efficiency system with expensive controls, the Gold Service Plan is your best buy. This is the only service contract RER Fuel offers that covers water-related parts. The Gold plan also covers swimming pool #23 heat exchanger, pool heater removal in the fall, and the reinstall in the spring.

Silver Service Plan

The Silver Service Plan is our most popular plan that works well with both hot air furnaces and simple hot water boilers. With priority service 24 hours a day, in the event something goes wrong, this plan can limit repair costs. This service plan covers most controls and burner parts.

Bronze Service Plan

This plan provides an annual tune up and replacement oil burner parts. Our Bronze Service Plan helps protect oil-fired hot water heaters oil burners, as well as hot air furnaces and simple hot water systems. This plan covers labor for replacing covered parts Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Services provided after hours will be billed at RER Fuel’s standard rates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my contract to a better one?

RER Fuel wants you to be comfortable with your choice. If you would like to upgrade your current contract to Silver or Gold, we can work out a pro-rated amount to address your needs.

Can I transfer my contract to the new home buyer?

Yes.  There will be no charge as long as the new buyer agrees to RER Fuel’s terms.

I have a heating system and a central air conditioner.  Do you offer discounts for more than one system?

Yes. If you have a Silver Service or Gold Service Plan, you can add a Central Air Conditioning Plan for only $100.00 more.

What if I have two heating systems or two or more central air systems? Is there a discount for more than one system?

Yes. All of our service plans—Central Air, Gold, Silver, and Bronze—allow you to add additional units that are in the same single-family house for just $50 per unit.

Do I need to have a Service Plan to receive service?

No.  We provide the same quality service to all of our customers.  You will be billed for labor and parts at our standard rates, and we are available 24 hours a day all year long.
